KNITTING FACTORY PRESENTS
Big Gigantic, Brasstracks , Auzomatik
Their mission statement is simple and distinct — BRASS SYNTHS DRUMS — and Ivan Jackson and Conor Rayne
utilize this trinity of tools to produce a unique vibe that has caught the ears of folks like Lido and Mark Johns for a
Brasstracks infusion into their respective collaborations.
2015 was a big year for Brasstracks, the Brooklyn duo formed little over a year ago and have since dropped an array
of critically acclaimed covers and remixes, toured with Lido, opened a sold out El Rey Theatre for Mr Carmack, and
featured on songs with GoldLink, Anderson Paak, Lido and Grandtheft. In November they dropped “Say U Won’t”, the
first track from their debut EP. As yet untitled, the EP is due early 2016 and boasts collaborations with Roses Gabor,
Jay Prince, Lido, FatherDude and more. They went on tour with Gramatik in February, a European tour in the
summer and US dates piling up, 2016 is set to be their breakout year.
With a sensibility behind the decks cultivated from over a decade of experience and two national spin off titles under his belt, AuZ0MaTiK brings a unique take on music, driven by his turntablist hip-hop roots. Having created a more personable relationship with his fans over the years, Auz has gained a massive following courtesy of his 3 night residency at Fatty's (one of downtown Boise's hottest concert venues and night clubs). Taking his irreverent sense of humor and recognizable internet memes specializing in cats, Auz markets directly to his fans via his social media outlets. With a deep passion for blending hip-hop, trap, glitch, and bass music into a flurry of on the fly mash-ups and remixes, Auz creates unique sets through scratching and beat juggling to make his own sound that energizes the crowd every time he plays. Auz has played alongside the likes of Baauer, Grammatik and Krewella at MASSV Music Festival, Minnesota, Sound Remedy, Schoolboy,DJ Green Lantern, Wick - It The Instigator, Coyote Kisses, Danny the Wildchild, and closed out the VIP tent at Kaleidoscope Music Festival.
