GENERAL MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS:

What is it?
Knit Life is a loyalty program which entitles its members to special privileges, from giveaways and presales to specials and free concert tickets.

Are these limited?
Yes.  To make the experience of every member personal and worthwhile, we have limited the amount of memberships that may be purchased.

When is my membership valid?
Membership is valid for 1 year starting the day purchased.

How do I pick up my card after purchasing online?
Bring your ID and credit card used to purchase your card to the box office any night we have a show.  Your new card will be waiting.

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

To show our gratitude, every membership is rewarded with a $10 rebate to be used on food/beverage at your next visit!

What swag do I receive for signing up?
Each time you enroll in the program, you will access a different gift.

How do I receive priority entry?  
You are a member of the family-don’t wait in line!  Bring you & a guest to the front of the line and receive priority entry.

How do sell out alerts work?
Keep an eye on your email to see which hot shows are on the brink of selling out.

How are released holds handled?
When a hold has been released, you will be notified via email.  Act fast as you will only receive an email 1 hour prior to the general public.

How do I access the membership presale?
Loyalty presale is subject to availability and times vary for each concert.  You will receive updates via email for exclusive member presales.

How do I redeem my rebates?
Upon signing up, and for every additional $100 spent at the bar, you will receive $10 back, compliments of Knitting Factory.  To redeem, present your loyalty card when closing your tab.  Rebates will be automatically deducted.
